Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley Nocera has not spoken much about her family She does however credit her grandfather for inspiring her love of working out. He was a bodybuilder during his 30s to 40s. Ashley has always exercised since she was a tiny girl. She started swimming lessons at around the age of four, and continued to do so for the following 10 years. She entered numerous competitions however, she wasn't a dedicated enough participant because she was not ready for rigid diets so her body could perform its maximum. It is believed that she was popular during high school because of her beautiful looks and curvy body. Although, it's still not certain if Ashley had a relationship during that period. Ashley was unable to attend school after graduation and decided to pursue being a fitness model. Ashley was 15 years old when she realized that she wasn't satisfied with the way her body looked. Her grandfather encouraged her and she began going to the gym but took the advice of her grandfather and began in a slow pace, she had no idea she would be spending over the next 9 years shaping her body and gradually becoming an exercise icon. Ashley's win inspired her to participate in her first competition in 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and felt that this was an undeserved loss. The result made Ashley to work harder. Ashley went back to 2014 WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made a decision that she didn't want to compete. While she competed in the competition, she was approached for photographs. It was not a mix-up of her career and declined. After she's quit competition, Ashley has decided to turn into a fitness model. Her cover appeared in a well-known fitness publication that launched the fitness modelling career. She was signed by an agency straight away following. In the years since, she has grown into a sought-after model. She has been featured on several bikini and clothes brands and appeared in the front cover of a well-known fitness magazine.
